Dawson County voters aren’t coming out to vote early in the Nov. 7 Texas constitutional election.Only 87 of the county’s 6,674 registered voters cast their ballots early as of Friday morning, according to a county elections department official.The early voting period began Monday. It ends Nov. 3.The election will determine the outcome of 14 proposed amendments to the state constitution.
