More than 80 vendors have signed up for the 13th annual Chicken Fried Steak Festival, with more expected to register before everything begins later this week.The three-day festival which starts Friday at Forrest Park features an array of games and athletic events, special activities for children, a pageant, cookoff, steer roping, parade, live music, car show and other activities. (See full schedule on Page A2) Last year the festival enticed 90 vendors to set up their booths at the park.
