With the Dawson County Cemetery running out of available burial plots, an expansion project is getting underway. An area to be called Sunset Garden will be developed near the northwest corner of the current facility, on property already owned by the county, said Terri Stahl, cemetery administrator and county treasurer. The first three sections of the new garden will be opened at this time, each measuring 55 feet wide and 156 feet deep.
