Administrative matters for an upcoming election are the only items of new business on the agenda for a meeting this week of the directors of the Dawson County Hospital District. Shifting their previous Wednesday meeting time, this week’s meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m. Thursday in the Community Room at Medical Arts Hospital. The board is slated to certify two candidates to be on a May 4 ballot for an election to fill the Precinct 3 position on the district’s board of directors.
