Early voting ends at 5 p.m. Friday for next Tuesday’s Republican and Democratic primary elections. The election office where early voting is conducted at the county courthouse will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. both Thursday and Friday. Election day is Tuesday, March 3, with polls open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. County Clerk Clare Christy said a total of 855 ballots had been cast here through Tuesday, including 692 in person and another 163 received by mail.
