For the second time in as many months a truck driver has been found dead in the cab of his parked tractor-trailer inside the city limits of Lamesa. The company that employed the driver notified the Lamesa Police Department of a welfare concern for the driver just after 12 noon Tuesday. A company representative said the driver had not been heard from since last Saturday, according to Calls for Service from the police department.
