This time it hasn’t been toilet paper or hand sanitizer that has been hard to find.
The winter storm that paralyzed Texas two weeks ago resulted in more than frozen water pipelines and power outages. The belowfreezing temperatures also impacted food supplies to local grocery and convenience stores.
The situation is now getting back to where they should be and the shelves are getting re-stocked.
The shortages affected items which come directly from suppliers, like bread – excluding bread baked in the stores – milk, dairy products and sodas.
