A long vacant piece of property on the west side of Lamesa’s downtown square could be approved this coming week for possible sale by the Lamesa Economic Development Corporation (LEDC). A resolution authorizing the sale of LEDC property at 118 Austin Ave. is one of the items on the agenda for a joint regular meeting of the directors of LEDC and the Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP).
