Businesses in the downtown area are getting into the Halloween spirit as they host the first ‘Ghouls Day Out’ this Saturday.From 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., visitors can take a peek at what some downtown stores offer.“It’s going to be a downtown shopping event,” said Amy Thornhill, owner of the PS 140 Hat Company. “It’s just for the community to come out and shop all these businesses.
