A trio of new eating establishments are in the works here and other new economic development projects are continuing to move forward. That was part of the information shared by Lee Peterson Monday evening in his executive director’s report to the boards of the Lamesa Economic Development Corporation and the Lamesa Economic Alliance Project. Peterson said groundbreaking is tentatively planned in January for the new Domino’s pizza restaurant to be along Dallas Ave. adjacent to the current Bush’s Chicken restaurant.
