SEMINOLE - After a lengthy discussion, the Seminole Independent School District (SISD) school board unanimously approved discontinuing distance learning in the district effective Nov. 2.
“As we have looked at the data and the information of our kids, we are just not being as successful as we need to be. So, we feel like this is the right answer at the right time,” SISD Superintendent Kyle Lynch told the board during the regularly scheduled meeting Monday.
