Dawson ISD’s board plans to officially name Layne Sheets as that school district’s superintendent at a meeting this coming Tuesday at 7 p.m. Naming Sheets as superintendent is the only discussion/action item on the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting. The meeting will take place 21 days after the board named Sheets as the lone candidate for the position. It will be held in the board room at Dawson ISD.
