ANDREWS – As it stands now, the substantial enrollment increase needed for Andrews High School to possibly move up a class with upcoming realignment hasn’t materialized.Last month’s numbers revealed it would take around 50 more students to reach the projected low end of Class 5A with University Interscholastic League realignment which will be based on end-of-October enrollment figures.School officials on Tuesday looked over an end-of-September count that showed a slight overall enrollment increase compared to August.But the high school’s enrollment decreased by one, according to the numbers presented at Tuesday’s board meeting.– From the Andrews County News ...
