The grade which they had at the end of third nine-week grading period will basically be the grade that students in the Lamesa school district receive for the school year, according to Superintendent Jim Knight.
“Basically we’re cutting off grades at the end of the third nine-weeks,” Knight told school board members during their regular meeting Tuesday evening.
But that doesn’t mean students can completely slack off during the final nine-week period while they are learning from home as a result of COVID-19 restrictions on school.
