ANDREWS – The commissioners court scheduled a workshop at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 6 to develop a game plan on proceeding with collecting information for its decision on a resolution concerning a private company’s pursuit of a license to temporarily store used fuel in Andrews County.
A previous commissioners court more than five years ago provided a resolution of support for Waste Control Specialists’ (WCDS) license application with the federal government to build a consolidated interim storage facility for used fuel at its far west Andrews County site.
