ANDREWS – The commissioners court met in a May 5 afternoon workshop to review policy and procedure for recently implemented random drug testing for all county employees - including department heads and elected officials.
No action was taken following the workshop, according to Andrews County Judge Charlie Falcon.
But the court will consider approving updated policies at a meeting later this month, the county judge added.
Random drug testing recently went into effect due to insurance purposes, according to Falcon.
