Members of the Dawson County Commissioners Court approved the purchase of a water truck and handled a variety of other business during their regular meeting Tuesday. Avoiding the need to go through the bidding process because the price wound up less than $50,000, the court authorized purchasing a used Caterpillar water truck from Warren Cat of Midland at a cost of $48,600.
