An application for a grant to help fund delivery of meals to the elderly will be among the items considered by members of the Dawson County Commissioners Court during their regular meeting Tuesday. The court will consider an annual resolution making application for funding from the Texans Feeding Texans - Home-Delivered Meals Program operated by the Texas Department of Agriculture. The grant program is designed to supplement and extend current home-delivered meal programs for senior citizens and disabled individuals.
