SEMINOLE – Pct. 2 Gaines County Commissioner Craig Belt said dumping is a county-wide problem, one he has witnessed first-hand for the past 19 years. However, he adds, it is worse now than ever. Belt, whose precinct covers the northwest corner of Hobbs Hwy. to Yoakum County, the state line, and over to Seagraves Hwy., said he and county workers find just about anything discarded on county roads.
