BROWNFIELD – The Brownfield City Council on Thursday passed an ordinance to apply a 90 day moratorium on new billboard signs and other signs that might be installed and built. The purpose of the ordinance is to put a temporary stop on new signs and billboards until the City Attorney and City Manager can write a new ordinance for the installation and building of a new sign.
