A proposed decrease in the municipal tax rate, higher appraisal values, a $1 increase for the cost of city provided wastewater services and plans to pay a $680,000 sales tax reimbursement in increments were put before Lamesa City Council members Tuesday night.The preliminary numbers are all part of the council’s work on the 2024-2025 budget.
