A parade route for the annual Cotton Festival in O’Donnell has been laid out.The festival begins at 10 a.m., Saturday with the parade through town.The parade route starts at the old gin yard on Doak Street. It will travel down from Doak Street to 9th Street, and up Standefer Street. It will come back to 7th Street and up to Doak Street and then back to the old gin yard.Participants aren’t allowed to park in front of the property owner’s drive-way or under the awning at the old gin yard.After the parade, the party continues until 5 p.m.“I think it’s ...
