Offers for leasing oil and gas interests owned by the county a few miles southeast of Lamesa will be among the items considered by the Dawson County Commissioners Court this week.
The court’s regular meeting will begin at 4 p.m. in the county courtroom at the courthouse.
Officials earlier this year agreed to seek offers on the oil and gas interests, located near the intersection of U.S. Highway 87 and FM 26, after receiving an inquiring from an oil company.
