A proposed budget for 2022 again will be the focus of discussion by members of the Dawson County Commissioners Court during a special meeting Tuesday afternoon. A budget workshop, including possible action if necessary, is the only item on the agenda for meeting. Members of the commissioners court late last month approved a preliminary budget which will require the county to use more than $1 million in reserve funds and unspent revenue in order to balance the budget.
