Dawson County commissioners are looking into establishing a policy that would allow the county’s 148 employees access to additional sick leave hours.They discussed Tuesday forming a sick leave pool where workers can voluntarily contribute their unused sick leave hours so other employees can use them.Commissioners took no action on the policy.
