BROWNFIELD – The Brownfield City Council met Thurday morning with another full house as city employees an directors gathered to hear the city council’s decision on dependent care in their insurance.Currently, the city pays 100 percent for employee insurance and 100 percent for employee dependent insurance. At the previous meeting, the council heard from numerous employees and directors asking them to not eliminate or change the dependent care in their insurance.In Thursday’s meeting, the council heard comments fro Brittney Shaw with the fire department and Brownfield Police Department Sergeant Randy Rogers, both of whom had spoken at the last meeting,
