SEMINOLE – Due to spiking COVID-19 numbers during the latter months of 2020, the Seminole Chamber of Commerce, under the direction of Chief Executive Officer Shelby Concotelli, postponed their annual banquet planned for November 2020. Now with a low number of active, positive cases, the board has rescheduled the membership banquet this Wednesday in the Gaines County Civic Building from 11:45 a.m. until 1 p.m.
“The board met and we voted to proceed with the in-person membership banquet,” Concotelli said. “We are going to practice and adhere to the governor’s recommended guidelines.”
