Budget preparations will be a main focus for the first meeting of Lamesa’s economic development boards with a new executive director at the helm. Directors of the Lamesa Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and the Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP) will participate in a joint meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. Monday.
