Borden County 4-H members excel at Texas 4-H Roundup

Several Borden County 4-H members attended the Texas 4-H Roundup in Bryan/College Station June 3-6 and returned home with awards and a scholarship.Rexie Sanders accepted the $10,000 McLean Estate Scholarship.Cason Cribbs took 9th place in Recurve 3-D in archery.Laney Stansell captured first place in reasons and 11th in high point overall in the photography judging.The Consumer Decision Making team of Bailey Pennell, Evie Stansell, Laney Stansell and Randen Williams won first place in the reasons class, 10th place in Placings team and fifth place overall team.Randen was fifth place individual in reason and 13th place overall individual.Evie was 18th place ...
