Lamesa should see a nice economic boost from the planned Vista Park Living residential development, according to a major study by the National Association of Home Builders.
Phase 1 of the 324-unit Vista Park Living residential development is slated to break ground this coming August, according to developers Ron Smith, Myles Richards and John Horton.
