The dwindling numbers of Blackshear School students know a day will come when only a handful of them show up for the school reunions.They schedule their gatherings every two years to reminisce over childhood memories and school days.They’ve been holding the reunions since 1979. Their last reunion was in 2019. The COVID-19 pandemic curtailed the reunions until this past Saturday when they held their 19th reunion in the Forrest Park Community Center.About 32 former students showed up for the reunion.
