Over 70 Borden County High School (BCHS) students have a lot to celebrate.They brought home the school’s first Lone Star Cup after accumulating points during the 2023-2024 academic year from several competitions in University Interscholastic League (UIL) contests.They managed to win the coveted prize after tallying up the highest score of 69 to be named 1A Lone Star Cup Champions.“It’s very, very exciting,” said BCHS UIL Academics Coordinator Kelly Gordon. “It was pretty wild year, but that was great.
