When medical personnel are asked about their experience in the year of COVID-19, the words “scared,” “difficult” or “hard” do come up, but so does “humble,” “thankful,” and “hope.”
“It was scary in the beginning, but the way everybody has pulled together really renewed my faith in people,” said Misti Walton, director of the Medical Arts Clinic, located next to the hospital.
