First United Bank’s Lamesa branch is making a change in its drive-up teller operations that bank leaders say will provide extended service to its customers here. Two new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) made their debut here Tuesday morning. Activated with the touch of a computer screen, the ITMs connect customers here to a live teller located in Lubbock. “Anything they (customers) can do with a live teller here they can now do with the ITM,” said Adam Wright, First United Bank’s branch manager in Lamesa.
