Children between the ages of six and 18 are being asked to audition for Disney’s “The Aristocats Kids,” which will be the Lamesa Community Players next production on June 28-29, beginning at 7 p.m. Auditions will be held this coming Saturday, at 2 p.m., and next Monday and Tuesday, at 4 p.m., at the LCP Playhouse. Youth also are being asked to help backstage during the production, Becky Allison, director, said. The production will be based on the 1970 Disney film, “The Aristocats.” ...
