Lee Lennon’s recent mission trip to the east-African country of Ethiopia certainly was more eventful than expected.
Nevertheless, it was successful in delivering much-needed assistance and religious training to people in and around the community of Gabella.
“We came and went, not without opposition but without incident,” Lennon reported about the June 21-July 2 trip.
“We felt like we were able to accomplish what we were called to do on this trip.”
Lennon is the pastor of First Church of the Nazarene in Lamesa.
