Tharps, Dell receive Chamber’s top awards at annual banquet SEMINOLE – Annual awards were front and center Wednesday during the Seminole Area Chamber of Commerce annual membership banquet. After outgoing and incoming board members were thanked and recognized, Chamber President and CEO Concotelli recognized Juanita Rodriguez, Trish Rose and Krystal Foster as 2019’s Ambassadors of the Year.
