Hospital reaches $780,000 settlement with former CEO SEMINOLE – Backed somewhat into the proverbial corner, Seminole Hospital District (SHD) finally reached a settlement agreement with former CEO/Administrator Jim Parrish more than six months after his termination. Under terms of the settlement, SHD will pay Parrish a total of $780,000, with $631,500 going directly to Parrish and the remaining $148,500 to his attorney, David Quan of Houston.
