ANDREWS – The recent flash flooding caused by major downpours the past couple of weeks has impacted not only residents, but also fish normally residing in the city lake.In this case, a large number of fish navigated their way outside of the confines of the lake and onto city streets that are flooded.The city made a plea Monday morning on its social media site for residents with fish nets to assist in the rescue process.The goal was to return the fish to the city lake.
