Power outage darkens Seminole and Seagraves for three hoursSEMINOLE – After examining reports from this past weekend, media relations representative for Xcel Energy West Reeves explained that a substation outage interrupted service to 5,144 Seminole and Seagraves customers.The outages occurred at 2:32 a.m. on Saturday, April 8.
