County puts trespassing rules in place for public golf course
SEMINOLE – Heed warning: those who are caught trespassing on the grounds of the Gaines County Golf Course during non-operational hours could face criminal trespass charges if caught committing the act on multiple offenses. The regulations, adopted by Gaines County Commissioners, come after recent incidents where individuals have been caught on the course during non-operational hours. Gaines County Judge Tom Keyes said the facility encountered an incident on Tuesday, Jan. 15, where an unspecified number of golfers were playing on the course.
