BISD announces intentions to consolidate elementary schools BROWNFIELD – This summer when construction for the new high school begins, Brownfield ISD is planning another Project to help the elementary schools. The plan is to consolidate Colonial Heights with Oak Grove on the Oak Grove campus. According to the BISD administration there is plenty of room at Oak Grove.
