Barrel races and two nights of live concerts are just a couple of the events happening in Lamesa’ upcoming annual rodeo.Competitors will also vie for buckles and cash prizes in bull and saddle bronc riding, calf roping, breakaway and barrel racing, steer wrestling and team roping.Athletes winning the bareback, tie down, ladies breakaway, team roping and barrel racing competitions each earn $1,000 prizes.
