SEMINOLE – Having recently suffered the disappointment of having to cancel the Fourth of July fireworks show at the Gaines County Park and the planned “Great Comeback” all-school reunion as a result of COVID-19, Chamber of Commerce President Shelby Concotelli is trying to salvage the third in the trio of major Chamber-sponsored events, the annual Ag-Oil Appreciation Day.
