SNYDER – While both sides await a Texas Supreme Court opinion in Kinder Margan’s appeal of a denied motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by four taxing entities, additional documents have been filed with the court. The Texas Oil and Gas Association (TXOGA) filed a 26-page brief in support of Kinder Morgan. In that brief, written by attorney Gwen J.
