SNYDER – Snyder residents David and Kay Shifflett are in the midst of preparations for a new camp they are building. “We call it 555 because in Hebrew, that means ‘His grace is sufficient,” said David Shifflett. Shifflett said that the camp will function as a multipurpose retreat, with elements of a youth camp, Christian retreat and marriage counseling retreat.
