TAHOKA – Tahoka City Council voted 3-2 Monday to call for a special election on Nov. 2 for voters to consider a $4.5 million street bond project. Council members Ray Box, Shiloh Braddock and Courtney Stennett voted in favor of a motion calling for the election, and council members Ronny Jolly and Ryan Curry voted against the motion.
