Lights of Love’s annual distribution of donated gifts to qualifying families didn’t break any records this year, but it did ensure there will be gifts under the Christmas tree for many children that might not have otherwise received anything.“It was great this year,” said Frankie Sauseda, president of the Dawson County Child Welfare Board, which sponsors the Lights of Love campaign.Each year, Lights of Love volunteers begin collecting donated new and unwrapped toys and clothing from the community.
