A truck driver with Firehouse Trucking in Dumas was found dead in the sleeper of his parked tractor-trailer this past Thursday evening in the eastern part of Lamesa. “Officers do not believe foul play was involved,” Lieutenant Darrell Williams with the Criminal Investigation Division of Lamesa Police Department told the Press-Reporter on Friday afternoon. An autopsy was performed on Friday morning in Lubbock.
