Michaela Riggins, sophomore from Lamesa High School, won the Golden Ticket award in the NO BULL Challenge, a global video contest open to youth ages 15-24.
According to the organization’s website, the contest “is powered by the voices of students ... through short video documentaries and PSAs that students write and produce about important issues.”
The issues covered by students in the contest include bullying, violence, drug and alcohol abuse, inequality, suicide, internet and gaming addiction, LGBT, and obesity.
